Please find the following updates from Stechford & Yardley North Neighbourhood Team …….

Officers have this week been working flat out with Emergency Logs but when possible have been out & about in the community….

Stechford Retail Park Has seen a rise again in shop thefts but 1 x female repeat offender has been Arrested 

Yew Tree patrols continue with issuing tickets for parking on the Zig Zags ( No Excuse ) 

Old Yardley Park and Kents Moat Park is currently receiving high visibility patrols due to an increase in Anti Social Behaviour, Drugs and Balloons using Nitros Oxide, Our Street Watch volunteers also assisted us in this area and a Great Big Thank You for their continued support.

We have been made aware of untaxed vehicles in Northcote Road, Stechford and these will be checked in due course 

Crime Updates ………

Residential Burglary  - On 20/07/25 between 00.35 hrs & 01.47 hrs Offenders gained access to a property on Queens Road, by forcing the rear door and jewellery stolen, enquiries ongoing 

Vehicle Interference - On 16/07/25 between 22.30 hrs & 22.35 hrs Offenders have attempted to steal victims registration plate from a Renault Megane on Masham Close Stechford by using an electric screwdriver but have been disturbed 

Vehicle Interference - On 24/07/25 between 04.15 hrs & 04.16 hrs Offenders have attempted to steal victims Lexus on Station Road Stechford, by damaging the boot to gain entry but were unsuccessful  

Please be mindful of leaving lower ground windows open during the warm nights.
